Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in my products! Below are the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase, they are here to explain your rights and if you have any questions you are always welcome to contact me and I will be happy to explain how this works. I hope that you will enjoy your purchase! 


These general terms and conditions (the “General Conditions”) apply when you (“Customer” or “you”) place an order from Nord Projects (“Company”, “I” or “me”) on, (the “Website”). By accepting these General Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have your legal guardian’s permission and that you will comply with the General Conditions. You also confirm that you have read the information on personal data and cookies and approve the use of such data in accordance with the privacy policy. I sell products to multiple jurisdictions and these General Conditions are set out to be global. Still, depending on the jurisdiction in which you live, mandatory law may also apply. I respect such applicable laws and nothing in these General Conditions shall be seen as a limitation of your mandatory statutory rights, if such laws provide greater rights for you than set out here.  


Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee that online colors on will look the same on all computers, I cannot guarantee that what you see on your monitor accurately portrays the color of the actual printed product. 


When you receive an order confirmation from me, your purchase order is accepted and a purchase agreement is entered. I encourage you to save the order confirmation for any future contacts with me. I may deny a purchase order for various reasons, for example if you provide incorrect personal data and/or have a record for non-payment of debt. You may withdraw your order until it has been confirmed by me. I will then refund any payment that you, or your pay- or credit card company, have made for the order. 


When you purchase using Paypal or Stripe, a buyer's information is 100% secure and is not shared with the seller. In other words, none of your information can be seen or collected by me or any unauthorized entity and cannot be used outside of this site. Prices, fees etc. All prices are in the currency stated on the Website and include VAT where specified (depending on where you reside VAT may however not be applicable to your purchase). If nothing else is stated on the Website the prices do not include payment- or shipping fees and these are given separately. Please note also that local charges (such as currency conversion fees, credit or bank card fees, sales tax, customs duty etc.) may apply depending on where you live and local regulations. Such charges are at your expense and will not be refunded by me. 


Products are normally sent from the printing location in Sweden within 3-7 days and can after that be expected to be delivered in accordance to normal shipping time to your country. Depending on delivery method you may be required to pick up the order at a specific delivery point. You are required to do so within the time specified in the notification of delivery. If you do not pick up the delivery in time you may be charged a fee and the order may be sent back to me at your expense.

Note! I can’t take responsibility for any delays out of my control, like customs delays etc. I reserve the right to exempt from any compensation claims to the customer regarding delivery delays or delivery damages caused by the shipping companies. If your order is delayed, please get in touch with DHL for deliveries within EU or your local postal company for international deliveries. Provide them with your tracking number and they will give you more information. 

In case the parcel is damaged during shipping, be sure to take photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged product directly at delivery to be able to get a refund. For shipping within EU, damaged products needs to be reported to DHL within 7 days and please note that neither goods nor packaging may be discarded, transported or handled before completing the complaint.


You may withdraw your order by notifying me within 14 days from the day that you received the ordered products. If you wish to return your order, please contact me before returning your order and I will provide you with information on how to return and where to send the package. Just send an email to containing your name, order number, address and the reason for returning.  

You must then also, immediately and within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notification, return the withdrawn products to me at your own expense. You are responsible for the condition of the products during the shipment back to me and I therefore strongly recommend that you send these well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging. I also recommend returning the goods as a parcel with a Track & Trace number as this guarantees that the items will arrive at their destination. 

If a returned item is shipped from a country outside the EU, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges. I am not responsible for any customs charges regarding the returned parcel. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. 

When an order is withdrawn by you, I will refund the price that you have paid for the products withdrawn. From the amount to be refunded I will however deduct any depreciation in value of the products if they are damaged in any way. Shipping costs are further only refunded if the withdrawn products form a whole order and are therefore not refunded if you cancel only parts of an order. I will pay the amount to be refunded when I have received the withdrawn products. 

The refund will be paid with the same payment method that you used to pay the withdrawn products unless otherwise agreed. 

Your right to withdrawal or return does not apply to an order where you have made any customization of the products. 


If you want to make a reclaim a product, you must contact me by email and notify me why you do not accept the item and specify why you think the product is not correct. Send an email to and don’t forget to also add your name, order number and address.

Make sure to notify me of any complaint within two months after receiving your order, otherwise the reclaim will not be acceptable.


The Website and all its content is owned by Josefin Holmgren and protected by intellectual property and marketing legislation. This means that all material including trademark, company name, images and graphics, design, layout and information on products, services and other content may not be copied or used without my prior written consent.
